For hygienic reasons, it is always recommended to use a new sensor for each child to be treated. Sensors come in contact with urine and not cleaning them properly may cause issues. Spare sensors are available in the Accessory section.
When not in use, disconnect the alarm unit from the sensor and store them botn in a cool dry place. If using an armband, store the alarm unit in the armband. Disconnecting the sensor from the alarm unit ensures that the batteries will last longer.

Purchased for my son. He suddenly started bedwetting about 5 months ago. We need to change him often at night, but just didn’t know when to till we found this alarm. It works very well. We simply clip it on his underwear and he sleeps. When he wets the bed, the alarm beeps. My only complain is not having a spare sensr cause it takes time to dry this one.

I recommend the Smart alarm. It does work but you need to be prepared to wake up your child so he can train. You will lose sleep, but in the end its worth is. My son is 8 and doesnt care much for the stickers. He likes the plain and simple white look. 10 dry nights, 4 more to go.

My son was wetting the bed at least 2-3 times a week, despite waking him up halfway through the night and making him use the bathroom. Grandson has medical issues, he uses to wet the bed nearly every night so our doctor recommended us to try a bedwetting alarm. We bought it out of pure frustration and desperation over a problem that just wasn’t getting any better. In the first few days a dry night was an extreme rarity. It works. After YEARS of nighttime diapers, we have dry nights!!! My son has been using the Smart alarm for about two months. I followed his doctors suggestions and I am very pleased with the durability of the product and the results we have gotten.
My DS was bedwetting since he was a baby. On his 6th birthday, I started getting concerned. His physician recommended that I wait till he was older as he would eventually stop on his own. However he and I had had it with bedwetting and all we wanted was to keep him dry at night.
The first two weeks I slept in my son’s bedroom. Each night he made progress by reducing the amount of urine that was released before going to stop. His body started learning, and every once and awhile his alarm went off to a small wet spot on his underwear he would get up and go to the bathroom. A month or so after that we stopped using the alarm. My son is now able to sleep dry throughout the night without wetting the bed.
Here are some tips from me to other parents.
Practice with the alarm so your child knows what to expect and how to operate it. Sleep in the child’s bedroom until they start waking up on their own. Also, help them change sheets at night. Have extra bedding, sheets and underwear ready so you don’t have to look for it at night. Consider purchasing the armband accessory as it really enhances comfort at night. My son hated putting the alarm on his neck, but once we used the armband, things changed and he was so much happier. Use the stickers that came with the alarm and the progress chart. Reward children for waking up dry, but don’t punish them for wetting the bed. Remember, encourage your child. The alarm is worth the money and will work. Good luck!

This alarm works as it’s supposed to. The mat senses moisture, even small amounts, and gives off a loud alarm with vibration designed to wake the bedwetter. We wanted to avoid medication for our 10-year-old deep sleeper bedwetter and after trying dozens of other tricks it seemed like our only hope. The first week was really hard he would not get up many times and slept wet but there was tremendous improvement in the next weeks. If you have a bedwetting child who does not like wearable alarm then I would highly recommend buy this alarm stick with it, it will work.

The product is nicely designed and easy to use, but I have a child that is a deep sleeper it does not always wake my daughter up. she sleeps too deeply and this alarm is not loud enough and does not shock her enough to wake her up. For a child that is a normal sleeper, I’m guessing it would work great, but parents with deep sleepers, keep looking…

This amazing alarm worked. We tried other alarms but nothing worked for my son. He moves a lot in his sleep but this sensor would still be attached to his shorts. This sensor holds the pajama tight at urination point that really helped to detect the wetness and he would get up as soon as alarm beeped. I am giving it four stars because my son wanted to have more variety of stickers. Smart is really a smart alarm that works great.

My first impressions are that the alarm is easy to use and the sensor helps stop the flow of urine. It started waking him up the very first night he put it on. He was confused when the alarm beeped and didn’t know what to do. I realized that I had to take an active role if I were to help him – THIS IS KEY. Remember that parents need to participate for the treatment to be effective and short. In about 3 weeks, he was able to wake up on his own and go to the bathroom and finish peeing. He’s been dry since then.

Smart has worked like magic. We were starting to give up on our son and had lost all hopes of him ever stop bed-wetting. But this is an incredible system. It’s worked well and worked fast. I agree with most pediatricians and parenting magazines that bedwetting is something you just have to wait for your kid to grow out of Our daughter just turned 5 recently, and she has never stayed dry at night, I decided to give the Bedwetting Alarms a shot, figuring if a beeping, vibrating alarm wouldn’t do it, I’d go back to assuming my daughter would stop wetting the bed whenever her brain/bladder grew out of it. And now, after using the alarm for about two weeks, she has had 8 or 9 total nights of being completely dry! I am little amazed and happy too that finally something worked.

We purchased this alarm because our 5 year old is such a heavy sleeper, and he was frequently wet through the night. During the first few nights, the alarm would wake me up and I would run to find that it was too late, he was already wet. But I would bring him to the bathroom anyway and did that consistently for a few nights. After that, the alarm started waking him up and he started going to the bathroom on his own. After about a week, he was completely dry through the night! He has even stopped wearing the alarm and is still dry through the night.

I did my good research before buying alarm for my son and this worked so well that I just want to share my experience! My son is almost 8 and wet the bed almost every night. He would only have a dry night maybe once every 2 weeks. It was very frustrating for him and me. My son was very attractive to the stickers that are a part of the alarm to make it child friendly. First few turns we had to make him wear the alarm but he learned how to wear it and use in the night. He stopped wearing alarm just after two weeks of being dry. For sure a good product.

This did the trick with my son in less than a week. We decided that turning 7 meant he needed to stop wetting the bed. I don’t know exactly why this worked so well, but it did.
